Today, three weeks after Trump's inauguration, many predictions have come true (many have turned out to be even worse). Deportations of migrants have already begun, although not yet on a large scale. Does this mean that the resources of the state machine are limited and all we have heard from Trump is mostly rhetoric, not policy?
