Thank you, Max. It is far from coincidence that the most popular TV series in modern Russia is "DDR", released in February 2024. The spy drama is set against the backdrop of the collapse of the communist system in East Germany and the struggle between two intelligence agencies over secret archives. I find it deeply symbolic, and I think there is one particular viewer for whom the whole story was created.
