Thank you for your opinion. It is absolutely true that the reason for poor water quality in London was poor governance. At the same time it is hard to imagine a state seeking world domination with good quality governance and justice for all. So, this article is not about quality of water or alcohol. Differences in culture between the British and Germans shaped different models of development for these nations. The British model had less justice, but was better suited to creating a vast colonial empire.
Unfortunately we cannot choose the society without ‘high’ culture and without injustice because this is a prehistoric society, a society of Neanderthals. Injustice has been part and parcel of human life since the beginning of history.
