Thank you for your opinion. Interestingly enough, the Polish political leaders use absolutely the same symbolic language today and promote exactly the same values in the public consciousness. Christianity, conservatism, traditionalism, anti-liberalism, patriotism. However, Poland's approach to the Ukrainian crisis is directly opposite to that of Hungary. Poland provides substantial military aid to Ukraine and helps millions of Ukrainian refugees. So it is not a question of Christianity or whose approach is more pragmatic and works better. It is a question of society's moral values and the limits of acceptable pragmatism (or lack thereof).
