I was very surprised to read all this dialog. Only now I realize that in your imaginary world Russia has already won the war and is economically prosperous. The proof you suggest is the comparison of US GDP in 1939 and 1945. It does come across as satire. I might as well suggest you compare the GDP of Nazi Germany in 1939 and 1945. As a Russian citizen and a European, I am much more concerned with the fate of post-war Europe, completely destroyed by military upheaval. And not the fate of the USA, on whose land an enemy soldier has not set foot for 200 years. It is impossible to compare the scale of destruction and consequences for the economy in Europe and the USA in both world wars. Now, as 80 years ago, the war is going on in the center of Europe and any "economic boom" is out of the question. It would be better for you to at least study the problems of the current labor market in Russia (where the largest labor shortage in the history of observation has occurred), the level of inflation and overdue credit debt of the population, in order to draw conclusions about Russia's economic prospects.
