Absolutely true. Putin is taking every opportunity to destabilize Europe, the US and everywhere else in the world where he has proxy power. Relying on right-wing politicians in Hungary, Slovakia, Italy, Germany and France, etc. he will continue to push his agenda (alternative to the neoliberal world order). What he really fears is internal destabilization within his own country. Even though this fear is largely phantom and exaggerated, it can (and should) be exploited, as political fears drain a huge amount of energy and resources.
